Shipping policy

- This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on aymami.in, operated by GAYATHRI ENTERPRISES.
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Products are expected to reach customers within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once an order is dispatched, tracking details (if applicable) will be shared with the customer.
Product Quality & Packaging
- We take utmost care in selecting, packing, and shipping our beads and related products.
- Each product is carefully checked to ensure it matches the correct design, quantity, and quality before dispatch.
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain bead products.
Re-Shipping
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or the customer being unavailable to receive the package, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again for us to re-dispatch the order via courier.
Tracking
- We will be sharing the Tracking Code on Email once dispatched. Please check your spam folder as well, sometimes the email goes into Spam folder. For Delivery Problems, we request you to track the shipping partner that is associated with your tracking ID. Our responsibility is to send it to you in good condition and we take full ownership of it - but we cannot control the delivery.
