Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • As beads and jewellery-making supplies are delicate, small in size, and often used for customised or craft purposes, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Products or Missing Products

While we take every precaution to ensure products reach you in good condition, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

Please contact us within 20 minutes of delivery with clear videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

To claim a refund for a missing or damaged item, an unboxing video showing the opening of the package is mandatory.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
